Moonman was won by famed cinematographer Harris Savides who is the only cinematographer to have won three MTV Moonman awards for Best Cinematography. Savides also worked with scores of film directors during his celebrated career, including Martin Scorsese, David Fincher, Gus Van Sant, Ridley Scott and Sofia Coppola.
