Andrew Carnegie autograph letter signed, circa 1902. Composed on Carnegie's embossed stationery for his home at 5 West Fifty-First St. in New York, he writes, ''My dear Miss Walter, Sorry to miss you. Hope you can lunch with us here Monday tomorrow 1:30 or Wednesday next...Andrew Carnegie''. He then adds a note about asking someone else to join them. Single page letter on bifolium stationery measures 3.875'' x 6'' as folded. Single horizontal fold, overall near fine condition.
