Johannes Stark autograph letter signed, composed on 30 July 1920 to fellow Nobel Prize winning physicist Wilhelm Wien. Stark writes about politics within the German Society of Scientists and Physicians, referencing the antagonism of nationalist German physicists to ''Berliners'', meaning Albert Einstein and other Jewish German scientists. Wien would become President of the Society later in 1920 at its annual meeting in Bad Nauheim, Germany. Two page letter on a single sheet measures 5.625'' x 8.25''. Fold with small separation starting at edge. Very good plus condition with bold and legible handwriting. With full translation.
