Hunter S. Thompson card, circa February 1961 sent to his friend Paul Semonin. On this card, Thompson tapes a small illustration of an annoyed jackdaw bird wearing human clothes, and types a quote from the poet Robinson Jeffers underneath, '''And, boys, be in nothing so moderate as in love of man......' -- R. Jeffers'' . Card measures 5.5'' x 3.25''. Fold, and some discoloration to tape, overall very good condition.
