Original and complete set of ''Four Freedoms'' prints by Norman Rockwell from 1943, each signed by Rockwell in black felt-tip at lower right, without inscription. Prints each measure 12.75'' x 16.25'', and depict ''Freedom of Speech'', ''Freedom of Worship'', ''Freedom from Want'' and ''Freedom from Fear'', four tenets of President Franklin D. Roosevelt's 1941 State of the Union address. Rockwell was so inspired by the speech that he created the oil paintings in 1943, which were then featured in ''The Saturday Evening Post'' and reproduced by the Office of War Information. Semi-glossy prints are original from 1943, with ''Painted by Norman Rockwell for the Saturday Evening Post'' printed at lower right. Some creasing to each, with a margin nick to ''Freedom From Fear''. Overall in very good plus condition. An attractive presentation, rarely found signed by Rockwell as a set.
