Rockefeller'' as company President, countersigned by Henry M. Flager as secretary and Jabez A. Bostwick as Treasurer. Certificate is dated 22 January 1884, with serial number A381. Measures 15.75'' x 7.75''. Signatures crossed out and chipping to left edge from its removal from binding, otherwise very good condition.
