Neil Armstrong signed program for the award dinner of the EAA (Experimental Aircraft Association) in conjunction with the MSOE (Milwaukee School of Engineering). Front of program from 14 September 1990 is signed ''Neil Armstrong'' in blue felt-tip, and also by Jim Lovell in fine black felt-tip and Tom Poberezny (a world champion aerobatic flyer) in black ballpoint. Lovell and Poberezny inscribe their signatures to Kelly, the consignor who attended the event. Program measures 5.5'' x 8.5''. Light wear, overall near fine condition.
