Certificate for 100 shares in the United States' first giant business trust is dated 12 December 1883, made out to W.C. Andrews with serial number A363. Countersigned by Henry M. Flagler as Secretary, and Jabez A. Bostwick as Treasurer. Stock measures 16'' x 7.75''. Light age wear, overall in very good to near fine condition.
