Dated 20 February 1820 during continued fighting, Boliver writes to the Commander General of the Antioquia Province, ordering all available troops to march against the Province of Mompox. Boldly signed ''Bolivar'' at the conclusion. Two page document on a single sheet measures 6.75'' x 9''. Folds and uniform toning, otherwise near fine condition.
