Ronald Reagan signed panoramic photo of his Presidential Library, #89 in the third limited edition of 250 also signed by the photographer Thomas Lamb. This photo is unusually signed by Reagan under his Presidential seal, penned in black felt-tip by the 40th President. Large glossy photo is double matted to a size of 22'' x 12.75'', with the Presidential Library label on verso. Near fine condition.
