Released to critical and popular acclaim in 1975, ''One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest'' is only one of three movies in history to win all five major Academy Awards: Best Picture, Actor, Actress, Director and Screenplay. Full list of signatures includes Jack Nicholson, Louise Fletcher, Christopher Lloyd, Danny Devito, Brad Dourif, Michael Berryman, Josip Elic, Louisa Moritz and Michael Douglas, who all sign the front album cover in blue or black felt-tip, and with some writing their character's name. Double album cover opens to show scenes from the film, and back cover has stickers stating where each autograph was obtained. Records not present.
