Appetizer plate made for the Ronald Reagan White House by china makers Robert C. Floyd. Design features a white center with the Presidential seal in gilt, with a cobalt blue, burgundy and gilt rim. This is the White House china service used by the Reagans for everyday meals and for important luncheons, such as that with Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher. Plate measures 6.625'' in diameter. Manufacturers stamp on the underside in gilt reads, ''White House Service / by Robert C. Floyd / Fitz and Floyd, Inc. / Fine China / 1983''. Fine condition.
