Original 8'' x 10'' silver-gelatin photograph of Marilyn Monroe, here as Norma Jeane Dougherty in 1945, taken by Andre de Dienes during their first collaboration together and her first modeling job. Half-glossy double-weight photograph has de Dienes' backstamp, as well as stamp of noted photo collector and Marilyn doll designer Kim Goodwin. Minor buckling, otherwise near fine condition.
