Nicaraguan President Anastasio Somoza Garcia document signed ''A. Somoza'', dated 14 January 1937 just two weeks after he first assumed power in his almost 20 year control of the country. Addressed to Federico Laredo Bru, President of the Cuban Republic, document bears red and brown seals of the Nicaraguan government. Measures 9'' x 12.5''. Punch holes, light wear, and a light flexible coating on the paper, perhaps removable. Overall very good condition.
