Very attractive partially printed document, with varying fonts, is signed ''Andrew Johnson'' as President and countersigned ''William H. Seward'' as Secretary of State. Measures 13.75'' x 9.75''. Blind-embossed white paper seal intact. Folds and light wear, overall in very good plus condition.
