Albert Hofmann signed drawing of the chemical formula for both LSD and Psilocybin. Dr. Hofmann was the first to discover LSD in 1938, and also the first to ingest it on 16 April 1943, at first accidentally and then intentionally three days later. He inscribes the 6'' x 4'' card, ''Fur [For] Dr. Holet / Albert Hofmann''. Near fine condition.
