Scarce porcelain china bowl from the Andrew Jackson White House, featuring an elegant design of concentric gold circles at center and along the rim, the latter measuring a quarter-inch. Soup plate measures 9.125'' in diameter. China from the Jackson administration is especially scarce, with an example pictured in Klapthor's reference, ''Official White House China''. Light rubbing and previous inventory label to verso, overall very good to near fine condition.
