Trautman, in part, ''...On my return from a trip of inspection of the naval militia I find your letter. I shall be in Washington steadily now, and any time you come here I shall be very glad indeed to see you...[signed] Theodore Roosevelt''. Letter has been trimmed, measuring 5'' x 5.5''.
