American Revolutionary General William Irvine signs this document dated 27 August 1792. The general signs ''Wm. Irvine'' to this ''List of Certificates,'' which bears numbered entries and various signatures. Irvine, also a physician and politician, represented Pennsylvania in the Continental Congress and the U.S. House of Representatives. 9.5'' x 7.25'' document has some light chipping, three very small holes and some separation at the folds. Overall very good condition.
