Department of la Seine, Defender of the Fatherland. I write on behalf of the Administrative council of his Corps...The General of the Brigade, Chief of the 4th Division...'' Saint-Cyr distinguished himself serving in the American Revolution, the French Revolution, and the Napoleonic Wars. Single page document with embossed seal measures 8.25'' x 13''. Paper loss to lower right corner and light foxing. Very good condition.
