Signed portrait photo of President Harry Truman. Truman signs in the white border below his image, ''Kindest regards to Arthur B. Geera / Harry Truman''. Truman saw the defeat of Nazi Germany and signed the order to use nuclear weapons on Japan, the only leader to ever use them in war. Matte photo on card measures 12.25'' x 9.5''. Some light creasing to edges, a discoloration spot on the right edge and some tape residue below the image. Overall very good condition.
