Arthur Rackham signed limited first edition of ''Mother Goose The Old Nursery Rhymes'' illustrated by Rackham. London: William Heinemann, 1913. Limited to 1,130 numbered first edition copies of which this is 689. Large 9.25'' x 11.5'' volume is illustrated with black and white vignettes and 13 full color, hand-tipped plates mounted on special paper with captioned tissue guards. Bound in white cloth with gilt lettering and decoration. Some discoloration and fading to spine, toning to half-title page and index, and sporadic foxing. Overall an attractive copy in very good condition.
