Advance review first edition copy of Ernest Hemingway's ''To Have and Have Not''. New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1937. A very good copy with light shelf wear and toning to endpapers. First edition unclipped dust jacket is in good condition with chipping to top of spine and creasing. Measures 5.75'' x 8.25''. Advance review copy is indicated by the 4'' x 6'' publisher's presentation card addressed ''To the Literary Editor'' and asking that no reviews be printed before the 15 October 1937 publication date.
