Large lot of costumes worn by the WWII hero turned actor Audie Murphy. Murphy is one of the most highly decorated soldiers of WWII, receiving the Medal of Honor for single-handedly putting off a company of German soldiers for an hour before counter-attacking them while wounded. After WWII he had a successful acting career in Westerns. Lot includes: (1) frontier-inspired tan shirt from the 1959 film ''The Wild and the Innocent''; (2) Green-gray wool-blend shirt from the 1950 film ''Kansas Raiders''; (3) Brown striped 3-piece suit comprised of jacket, pants and vest from the 1960 film ''Unforgiven''. With Western Costume labels. Identified and consigned by Western Costume.
