Original ''Lassie'' storyboard, from one of the seven 1940s films in the MGM ''Lassie'' series. Here, cinema's most famous dog is seen bounding through a winter landscape in colors of grey and dark blues. Storyboard is signed by the artist at lower left corner ''O'Malley'' and has an annotation along the mat in pencil, '''Lassie' M.G.M. - Scene 89 #2.'' Painting is done in gouache on an illustration board and measures 8'' x 5.75''. Matted to an overall size of 12.25'' x 9.25''. Near fine condition.
