The first edition ''Peanuts'' book is signed upon the front free endpaper with original drawing of Snoopy sitting in the grass: ''For Carolyn-- / Best wishes-- / Charles M. Schulz''. Book is printed in black on bold multi-color leaves and features sentiments on happiness. Unpaginated book with a comic on every other page is bound in pictorial paper boards with original dust jacket. Measures 5.75'' square. Book is near fine. Shelf wear to jacket with small tears and creases, else near fine.
