Dinner menu for Prince William and Kate Middleton's spectacular royal wedding held on 29 April 2011. The ornate menu details the evening dinner served to only 300 friends and family, though 1,900 people witnessed the ceremony. At the top of the menu is Prince Charles' heraldic badge of three white ostrich feathers emerging from a gold crown. Below that are the words ''ICH DIEN'' which translate to ''I SERVE''. Dinner items include marinated South Uist salmon, organic lamb with a Windsor sauce and Berkshire honey ice cream with a chocolate parfait. Printed on cardstock, menu features a green floral border trimmed in gold. Measures 5'' x 7''. Small stain towards bottom, otherwise in near fine condition.
