Document, translated in English, Spanish, French and Dutch, permits 380 tons of cargo safe passage from Fall River, Massachusetts to the Pacific Ocean. Van Buren signs ''M Van Buren'' to middle of partially printed document, which measures 20.5'' x 16''. Folds, light toning and very light discoloration. Very good plus condition.
