Warhol signs ''Raymond / Andy Warhol'' on the half-title page, where the Campbell's sketch also appears. Published by Harcourt Brace: New York: 1975, first edition bound in yellow and burnt orange boards runs 241pp. and measures 5.75'' x 8.5''. Very light wear to boards and small stain to top of illustration page. Very good to near fine overall. With a COA from PSA/DNA.
