The inventor of the animated technique known as ''Puppetoon'', Pal was nominated for an Academy Award in the animation category for seven straight years from 1942-1948. With Academy seal to lower left, certificate measures 10'' x 11.5''. Toning and light dampstaining to lower left. Very good condition.
