Mother of one President and two Senators, Rose Kennedy typed letter signed dated 18 January 1974. On her personal Palm Beach letterhead, Rose writes to her niece Mary Lou, ''...I am very proud of your and only wish you dear mother had lived to hear them...At the moment I am deeply involved with my book, 'Times to Remember', a part of which has already been serialized in the magazine 'Woman's Day'...[signed] Aunt Rose Edith''. Kennedy released her best selling autobiography later that year. Letter measures 5.75'' x 7.5'' in near fine condition.
