Letter is addressed to ''Hon. J.H. Baker'' and reads: ''The enclosed evidence completes the requisition sent from your Office May 14th and not enclosed in evidence sent June 22nd. Very Respectfully / Belva A. Lockwood''. Letter on one page measures 7.75'' x 9.75''. Docketing to verso, minor tonight throughout, else near fine condition.
