Limitation page is signed, ''Eugene O'Neill'' in black ink. This play is one of O'Neill's more controversial works, a satire on Western values set in the far East and employing 13th century Italian explorer Marco Polo as its main character. Play runs 180pp. and its deckled edge leaves come bound in brown and gold paper boards. Measures 6'' x 9.25''. Tiny pencil notation on front free endpaper, mild toning to endpapers and sunning to backstrip, else fine. Housed in a fair cobalt and gold paper slipcase.
