Rare, author-signed 1935 edition of ''Biggles Flies East'' by Captain W.E. Johns. Published by Oxford University Press: London: 1935. Signed ''WE Johns'' in pencil on the front free endpaper. Original blue cloth boards have pictorial decorations. The seventh of the popular Biggles books, this edition measures 5'' x 7.5'' and runs 253pp. Wear to edges of boards and backstrip, and some foxing on pages. Overall in very good condition.
