Viceroy of Peru, Don Luis de Velasco document signed, dated 18 July 1603. Amid the Spanish colonization of the Americas, Don Luis de Velasco served as the second Viceroy of New Spain. Written in Spanish, document orders the Viceroy to provide corn and potatoes to hospitals to feed the native Indians. On two pages, document measures approximately 8.5'' x 12''. Very good condition.
