King George III signed military commission dated 9 June 1804. Document appoints one Duncan Cameron Gent as Captain of the 7th regiment in the West Indies. George boldly signs to upper left of vellum document, above the Royal seal. Accompanied by engraving of George III measuring 5.5'' x 9.25''. Document measures 13.25'' x 9.5''. Toning and folds. Very good plus.
