Maynard as Judge of the Fifth Judicial Common Pleas District in the county of Providence, Rhode Island. McKinley signs the document to lower right, adjacent to a beautiful ribboned-seal at lower left. Measures 14'' x 17''. Folds and some toning, overall very good.
