Land grant signed by President John Quincy Adams on 1 June 1827. Partially-printed document grants 116 acres of land to one Robert Gamble at the land office in Tallahassee, Florida. Adams signs ''J. Q. Adams'' to lower right of vellum document, which contains the Presidential seal at lower left. Measures 15.5'' x 10''. Several small holes throughout. Some staining to verso. Good to very good condition.
