The ''Daily Milwaukee News'' regarding the assassination trial of President Lincoln. Article reads in part, ''...J. Ritterspaugh testified he was employed in Ford's theater when the president was shot; he saw the assassin run across the stage and followed him...and when the witness returned, Spangler struck him, saying, 'for God's sake, don't say which way Booth went'...'' Paper measures 12.25'' x 19.75'' and runs 8pp. Chipping at edges; very good condition.
