Two copies of a White House press release dated 8 October 1961. Release announces a series of gifts given to Mrs. Kennedy and the White House from Edward White, President of the National Society of Interior Designers. The release itemizes the gifts, which include historic American furnishings. One copy bears a pencil notation of ''SP'' (Sally Powers). Each measures 8.5'' x 11''.
