Features a white embossed Presidential seal affixed to lower left and is countersigned by Secretary of State Hamilton Fish to bottom right. Signed ''U.S. Grant'' at bottom right. Measures 17'' x 10.5''. Some soiling and foxing. Good to very good condition.
