Unique black zip-up coat features four interlocking straps, with one large thick strap allowing the coat to be tightened across the middle. Coat also has two adjustable straps on each sleeve. Measures 32.5'' across the bust, measures 32'' down the sleeves, 30'' across the waist and 17.5'' shoulder to shoulder, with an overall length of 15.5''. Near fine.
