Greeting card signed by both John F. Kennedy and Jackie. Greeting card is signed simply ''Jack'' beneath a handwritten sentiment by Jackie Kennedy, who signed ''Mrs. Jack''. Her note within reads, ''Dear Mrs Deignan, what would we have done without our trained nurse! Many thanks from the grateful patient + Mrs. Jack / Jack''. Accompanied by the original envelope also bearing Jackie's writing of the addressee's name. Card measures 4.5'' x 6''. Near fine. Originally from the estate of Rose Kennedy's driver and maid.
