Winner's medal awarded to star player Ernest Needham in 1919-20 from a tournament put on by the Chesterfield Hospital. Sterling silver medal features the crest of the organization to obverse: a unique design of a shield with central buck figure in white and green enamel. Shield is bordered on the top and bottom by a pair of rose gold banners. Reverse is engraved with Needham's name, ''E.G. Needham'' along with the date and silver hallmarks. Accompanied by the original case from Charles Usher. Sterling silver medal measures 1'' in diameter. Weighs 10 grams. Near fine.
