Herbert Hoover autograph letter signed. Written in pencil, letter is addressed to his wife in Palo Alto, California, and contains information regarding Hoover and his son Allan's travels. Hoover letters are among the rarest to find, as he famously stated ''I do not write more than one letter per annum with my own hand.'' Letter reads in full: ''Mrs. Herbert Hoover / Palo Alto / California / With Allan leaving for Kansas City today will stop [at] Kansas City Club leaving here Sunday for Emporia stay Sunday Night [illegible] Allan [illegible] / Much Love / Herbert Hoover''.
