Kurt Vonnegut signed first edition of ''Slaughterhouse-Five'', from a later printing, published by Seymour Lawrence: Delacorte Press: 1969. Vonnegut adds his distinctive illustrated signature - a combination of signature and self-portrait sketch - to the half title page in black felt tip. Runs 186pp. Bound in turquoise cloth boards with silver and red metallic lettering. With original unclipped dustjacket in near fine condition save for light toning, a small tear to bottom edge and a small spot of surface loss on front panel. Measures 5.75'' x 8.5''. Book shows subtle fading to board edges and a small abrasion to tail edge. Near fine overall.
