Harry Truman signed first edition of ''Year of Decisions'', volume one of his memoirs. Published by Doubleday & Co., Garden City, NY: 1955. Truman's autograph inscription to the fly-leaf reads in full, ''To Stanley Grazdiel / with kind regards from / Harry Truman / 2/7/56''. Bound in black cloth boards with blue and silver lettering; top edges green. Measures 5.75'' x 8.5''. Water damage to front board and cracking to interior front hinge, else near fine. With unclipped dustjacket. Jacket shows toning, water damage, chipping to edges and separation to hinges. Lot also includes a sheet of 4 Truman eight-cent postage stamps.
