Crowley, a contemporary of Roosevelt's and a U.S. Representative from Illinois. Invitation welcomes Crowley to a reception at the White House on 21 January 1904. Accompanied by a card to present ''at the door of the White House'' on the designated evening. Invitation measures 5.75'' x 4.75''. Card measures 3.5'' x 2.25''. Toning, else near fine.
