Photo is of Kennedy greeting a crowd as President, with date imprinted to the right edge as February of 1961. Signed slip measures 4.25'' x 3.25''. Toning, creasing, an irregular left edge and ink notations. Very good. Photo measures 3.5'' square. Pinhole and surrounding small closed tear to upper portion, not affecting Kennedy's image, and ink note to upper border, else near fine. With PSA/DNA COA.
