Partially-printed document signed at upper left appoints one Douglas Young to the position of Consul for the Kingdom of Bulgaria. Appointment is dated 28 June 1929. Measures 21'' x 16.5''. Translation printed to verso, punch holes to edge and folds, else near fine.
